This course provides comprehensive information on the safe handling and serving of food to prevent foodborne illness. This course is appropriate for use in locations where food handling safety training is voluntary and/or required only by employers.
This course can be completed within 2 hours. You must complete the course and pass the 45-question post test to receive a Food Handling Safety Certificate and wallet-sized card, ready for printing, and valid for 3 years. This course will be available for you to take the test as many times as needed to pass for the period of one year.
